These terms cover this page and the enquiry form on it. They are not a contract for consulting work — if we go on to work together, that is a separate agreement that we both sign.

What submitting the form does
It asks us to call you back. That is all it does.
It does not buy anything, it does not commit you to anything, and it does not commit us to providing any service. We will not charge you for the call.
What we do and don't promise
We intend to call every genuine enquiry, and we aim to do it quickly. We do not guarantee a response within any particular time, and we may decline to take an enquiry further.
Anything discussed on that call is general business advice given on the information you provide. It is not legal, tax, financial or accounting advice, and it is not a substitute for a professional in those fields.
What you're telling us
Please give us details that are accurate and your own. Specifically, do not submit someone else's contact details without their permission, and do not use the form to send unsolicited sales approaches.
We may ignore, refuse or remove any submission — for example one that is automated, abusive, or obviously not a genuine enquiry.

How we handle what you submit is set out in our Privacy page, including how to have your details erased. Ticking the marketing box is optional and you can withdraw it at any time.

We try to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it as-is and cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
The text, branding and design on this site are ours. Please don't reproduce them as your own.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
