This page explains what happens to the details you type into the form on this site. It is written to be accurate rather than exhaustive, and it describes what the system actually does.
This site is run by Diamond H Advisory ("we"), of 7108 SW County Road 796, Lake Butler, FL 32054.
What we collect
When you submit the form, we store:
- Your name, business name, email address, phone number and industry — the five fields you filled in.
- Whether you ticked the box asking for occasional emails, and the exact wording of what you agreed to.
- Where the click came from: the advertising parameters in the link you arrived on, and the page you landed on.
- Your browser's user-agent string, and the date and time.
We also store a one-way scrambled form of your IP address, used to stop one person submitting the form hundreds of times. We do not store the address itself and cannot recover it.
Why we collect it
So that Zeb can call you back about your enquiry. That is the whole purpose of the form.
If you ticked the marketing box, we may also email you occasionally about running a business better. That box is unticked by default, ticking it is entirely optional, and you can withdraw it at any time — see Getting removed. If you did not tick it, we will not add you to anything.
Who else sees it
We do not sell your details, and we do not share them with other businesses. They are used to contact you about your enquiry and for nothing else.
Three suppliers handle your details on our behalf, because the system runs on their infrastructure:
- Cloudflare — hosts this site and the database the form writes to, and runs the anti-bot check on the form.
- ClickSend — delivers the text message that tells Zeb you enquired. That message contains your name, business, phone number and industry.
- Resend — delivers an email to Zeb if something in the system fails. To make sure a failure never loses your enquiry, that email contains everything you submitted.
Both messages go to Zeb and nobody else.
Advertising
We may advertise on third-party platforms, and the link you arrived on can tell us which advert you clicked. This site does not currently run an advertising pixel or send your details to any advertising platform. If that changes, this page will be updated before it does.
How long we keep it
We keep your enquiry until you ask us to remove it. There is no fixed deletion date. We would rather say that plainly than publish a retention period we do not actually enforce.
Getting removed
Email zeb@diamondhadvisory.com and ask to be removed. You do not have to give a reason, and you do not have to be a customer.
We erase your name, business name, email address, phone number, any notes written about you, and your browser's user-agent string.
What survives, and why: we keep one row with the date, your industry, whether the enquiry led anywhere, and the scrambled values used to recognise a duplicate submission. That row no longer identifies you. We keep it so our own figures for past months do not silently change — not to retain anything about you personally.
If we have ever emailed you marketing, every one of those emails also carries a one-click unsubscribe link that does the same thing.
Children
This site is for business owners. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect their details.
Changes
If we change how any of this works, we change this page at the same time. The date at the top is when it was last revised.
